There is something about voluminous clothing constructions that I find myself hard to resist. Whether it’s ruffle-hem line, imbalanced shirt sleeves, or simple as big flowy skirts, these structural silhouettes often leave me a personal touch of character, which I enjoy expressing myself with. There’s no need for extra print to intensify the silhouette, in this case, a unique touch of gesture slipped through your fingers when you softly touch the fabric will do good. In this outfit, the Natalia skirt is one of my favourite silhouettes from emerging Hong Kong fashion label SARAH LAI (Click here, for a recall on my previous post about Sarah). The latest collection to me was more like an extension from her Fall/Winter 2015 Collection, which I totally have my jaws open wide, filled with excitement, when I saw the photos online. The structured A-line skirt where its shape is punctuated by Sarah Lai’s signature “umbrella silhouette perfectly captures my heart. Scroll down for some more styling tips!
